Privacy policy

How DS Asphalt handles the information you send through this website. Last updated August 2026.

What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site we collect the name, phone number and email address you type into it, along with any description of the work you add. We also record which page the form was sent from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch. That is the entire set of personal information this website asks for. There is no account to create, and we do not ask for payment details online.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to arrange a visit, and to prepare an estimate. Your details are stored in our own records so that we can find your job again later — useful if you call back about the same driveway in a few years. We may contact you about the enquiry you made. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, and we do not pass it to other contractors.

Who else sees it

Form submissions travel through the company that hosts this website and the tools we use to manage enquiries and email. Those providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Nobody else receives it.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking profiles. Reviews shown on some pages are loaded from the service that syndicates our Google reviews, which may set its own cookies when that section of the page loads. If we later add website analytics to understand which pages are useful, it will be configured to measure pages rather than to identify individuals.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and for as long as any tax or contractual record-keeping requires. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any point, and that request takes effect immediately.

Contact

For anything on this page, call (301) 305-1296 or use the contact form and say it is a privacy question.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
